I am not a numerologist. In skimming such texts in the past, I found them a bit vague, and maybe forty percent accurate. It didn't make any sense to me how adding up the numbers of one's date of birth could give valid, accurate information about oneself. It seemed like hocus pocus. Many of the wise have advised: Know Thyself. I had studied numerous methods for insight and self-knowledge, each with varying degrees of usefulness. Then I met an unusual man and learned the basics of what I call the Life Purpose System.
The Life You Were Born to Live provides a powerful (and formerly secret) method of insight that clarifies each reader's spiritual purpose-the core challenges and strengths we were born to address. Each of us is unique, just as no tree is exactly like any other. But we can say things that apply to redwoods that are different from birches or oaks. Although I cannot explain precisely where this method originated (other than pointing in the direction of Pythagoras) -- I know that it works. Anyone who has perused the book will enthusiastically testify to its accuracy, and more important, its accessibility and utility as a method of insight, self-awareness, and compassion for oneself and for others.
